Chart notes
VIDMER'S COURAGE pressured the pace through the backstretch and remained close off the rail on the turn, dug in for the lead mid-stretch and drew clear later yards. BRAYDEN'SWARRIOR set a pressured pace through the backstretch, contested the advantage near the rail on the turn, gave up the nod mid-stretch and relented later yards. ROCKET COLONY chased outside, rounded the turn about the four path and showed little more. CRYPTOBLUE chased off the rail, fell over ASK ME HOW IKNOW nearing the five sixteenths pole but walked off post race, while the latter engaged in close early chase toward the inside, suffered a fatal injury nearing the five sixteenths pole and had to be euthanized on the track. The Stewards conducted an inquiry before posting this race official.
