C J S SUZIE BYU chased the early pace, eased out and was three to four wide on the turn, made a five wide bid leaving the quarter pole, then went on even terms for command by the furlong marker, and prevailed late aft6er a long drive'. DON'T MINE ME dueled for the early lead on the inside, then fell off the duel on the turn, then kept on the inside in the stretch to just miss in a gutsy effort. SPANISH PEAKS dueled for the early lead and made a four wide bid to shake clear by the quarter pole while still in the four path, then was headed leaving the turn and brushed with the winner by the furlong marker, but was outfinished late. COOKIN ROSES was reluctant to load, then was off a step slow, then was asked early to keep up, then offered a belated rally. IKE LIKES was outrun early then lacked a rally. AZIPASS dueled for the lead in between horses and weakened.
