Chart notes
AIN'T EASY tucked inside on the first turn, went up to challenge at the nine-sixteenths marker , took over near the half-mile pole, cleared approaching the quarter pole and drew away under mild urging and coasted in late. ELECTRIC RIDE sped to the front in the two path, challenged from inside on the backstretch and relinquished control, stayed alongside to the far turn, could not keep pace while ridden along on the second bend, and kept on through the stretch run to secure the place. DESERT DAWN traveled three then two wide around the first turn, steered to the inside for the second bend, drive along the inside through the turn and kept on to gain the show honors. CENSORSHIP went five then four wide around the clubhouse turn, raced widest up the backstretch then angled to the two path nearing the second bend, remained two wide to the stretch and improved position. GRACE ADLER angled in on the first turn, trailed up the backstretch, saved ground to the stretch and made no impact. DANCE TO THE MUSIC was forwardly placed off the rail, chased three wide to the stretch and weakened. ELM DRIVE went four wide into the first turn then moved into the three path, continued three wide to the stretch and tired.
