Chart notes
READY TO PURRFORM , angled in early, raced along the inner rail under rating around the first turn, swung outside on the backstretch, circled the far turn four wide, lightly bumped with STRIDE when overtaking that one approaching the eighth pole then drew off. STRIDE stalked the pace inside horses, angled to the three path leaving the far turn, bid for the lead between horses in upper stretch, lightly bumped with the winner and weakened. WISH ME HOME , rated along the inner rail down the backstretch, eased off the rail leaving the far turn, was caught in traffic in upper stretch, angled in near the sixteenth pole and closed gamely. WOW WHATA SUMMER , carried three wide by CITY AT NIGHT entering the first turn, was four deep the far turn, lugged in near the eighth pole and passed tired rivals. HIGH STOCK , up close in the two path on the backstretch, weakened entering the stretch. CITY AT NIGHT bore out a bit entering the first turn, was five deep on the far turn and failed to be a factor. DETERMINED KINGDOM chased the pace two wide and gave way. KING OF HOLLYWOOD raced along the inner rail throughout and faltered. EPIC LUCK , clear on the first turn, angled to the inner rail entering the backstretch, set the pace for six furlongs and faltered.
