Chart notes
ANZIO BEACH vied three wide, took over on the turn then drew away under wraps while drifting out. ADMIRAL EASTWOOD dueled three wide, lost the advantage on the turn but was easily second best. THE REIGN MAN settled inside the dueling leaders, angled out on the turn with a mild bid. SEVEN PLUS SEVEN raced off the pace in the two path and weakened steadily. DOUGIE lagged far behind inside then passed a fading rival. ON TEMPLE HIGH vied along the inside to the three eighths pole and gave way.
