Chart notes
GOLD CZAR mid pack and outside, moved up three and four wide through the second turn, bid three wide into the lane, made a steady gain and edged up late. SEA CAPTAIN well placed and outside, gained a striking position two and three wide through the second turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch, gained a short lead late, then was outfinished. AMES MISTER allowed to settle, looped up three wide through the second turn, bid on that path into the lane and evened out. HUNTIN' THE RUT sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, held sway to the furlong marker, then weakened and held a share. DORISTO tracked the pace rating, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals and flattened out. PITON stalked the pace on the outside, held position on the two path through the second turn, then had no stretch rally. MIO D' EVEN was never involved.
