Chart notes
HYPOTHESIS engaged in close chase outside through the backstretch, contested the turn in the three path, dueled to the front past the eighth pole, raced clear mid-stretch and held on well. LAUGHING CAT pressured the pace, raced close in the three path of the turn then dueled through the stretch for second. GOLDEN KEY took the lead leaving the chute and set a pressured pace, contested the edge at the rail on the turn, but was caught past the eighth pole, outfinished in the stretch duel for second and just held on for third. AARON'S TAP chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the four path, dug in from the head of the lane and just missed third. RESCUE FIVE chased inside, raced near the rail on the turn then flattened in the lane. BE BE BOP raced well back from contention, rounded the turn in the five path, was carried wider into the lane and had little left. ROCKET APPEAL chased inside, raced off the rail on the turn and showed little more. SIR LONGWOOD gave chase then lost ground on the turn.
