Chart notes
MUAD'DIB stalked from the two path then challenged nearing the three eighths pole, dueled for the nod approaching the quarter, contested the edge two deep on the far turn, dueled clear into the stretch and was steadily encouraged to the finish. HERO'S MAN rated a short lead inside, dug in to the challenge of Muad'dib leaving the three eighths pole and contested even terms from that point, gave up the nod at the rail approaching the quarter pole, dropped back into the stretch but dug in to retain second. NORTH ATLANTIC saved ground off the pace, started a bid approaching the five sixteenths pole, contested the far turn at a close disadvantage in the three path, dug in from the head of the lane but was outfinished in the later duel for second. CANDY INVASION settled off the pace about the three path, picked up the chase approaching the five sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail and passed a rival while finishing evenly. MARTIN MAN rounded the first two turns in the five path and raced outside into the backstretch, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, ran in the three path of the far turn then flattened stride. AWSOME FAITH rounded the opening turn in the six path and settled off the pace from the seven eighths pole, raced outside into the backstretch, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole then flattened in the four path of the far turn. RIDING CLOUD NINE raced off the pace in the three and four paths then faded past the half mile pole. CHIEF RANDEL settled back off the rail and bid only mildly leaving the seven sixteenths pole. JEFFERY SCOTT saved ground and was through after a half mile. STEP OUT DANCING saved ground. This race was hand timed.
