Chart notes
HIGH LIMIT ROOM showed good speed two wide, shook free on the turn, responded when roused, kicked clear and was ridden out. VALMONT chased between rivals early, rallied on the rail in midstretch, closed well late and was up for second. BEE BY THE SEA raced off the pace, came three wide into the lane, rallied late outside and missed for the place spot. WEST FORK chased close up three wide, came three wide into the lane, raced evenly and weakened late. ANY SUGAR HONEY showed good early speed inside, then chased inside and weakened in the deep stretch. POINTER raced off the pace, saved ground on the turn, angled out late and failed to threaten. FLY FLY AWAY was in tight and forced to check at the half mile marker, then raced off the pace and did not factor. CLIFFY dropped far back early and was outrun.
