Chart notes
BIPARTISANSHIP (GB) lacked speed, circled foes when commencing her rally on the far turn, was five deep turning for home, swept to command in mid stretch and drew out under a hand ride. CAJOLE showed no speed, advanced in the four path leaving the far turn and rallied. SLIP SLIDING AWAY bumped BROADWAY MELODY when bearing out at the break, chased the pace two wide, gained the lead mid way on the far turn and weakened the final furlong. SELF ASSURED raced near the inner rail throughout and failed to rally. ANSWER THE BELLE raced inside horses throughout and lacked a rally. OUR SWEET PEA , bumped by BROADWAY MELODY soon after the break, raced in mid pack and weakened. POTION was no factor. BROADWAY MELODY bumped OUR SWEET PEA when bumped and forced out by SLIP SLIDING AWAY leaving the starting gate, sped to the early lead, hugged the inner rail and faltered leaving the far turn.
