Chart notes
BELGRANO , four deep on the turn while chasing the pace, secured command in upper stretch and drew out while kept to his business. GONE INZANE saved ground around the turn, remained along the rail through the stretch and rallied. NOBLE COMMANDER set the pace along the inner rail, drifted to the two path in upper stretch and weakened in the drive. GINS AND TINS lacked speed, swung to the six path in upper stretch, raced outside horses and passed tired ones. BATTLEBUS chased the pace well off the rail on the turn, swung to the five path in upper stretch and weakened. THE CONNECTOR prompted the pace outside NOBLE COMMANDER and gave way.
