MISS GOLD MEDALIST Vied for the lead from between early, tracked four wide into the lane and finished well. HOPE I CAN Vied for the lead five wide outside early, took charge into the lane, was hooked from both sides and faded. KATIES COURAGE Broke sluggishly, well placed four wide into the turn, angled out and finished with interest. MODERN STEEL Three path early, four wide on the turn and failed to take part.
