Chart notes
CADET CONNELLY tracked the pace, saved ground through the turns, angled out to bid outside the leader into the stretch, made a steady gain and edged up late. DRIFTWOOD sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, held sway to the final yards, then was no match and held the place. PATRIOT DRIVE allowed to settle, looped up two and three wide through the second turn, bid four wide into the lane and evened out. BARNEGAT LIGHT mid pack, moved up on the two path through the second turn, bid three wide into the lane and flattened out. HEY BIG GUY passed tiring rivals. CALORIC mid pack and inside, saved ground through the turn, came through inside and faded. SERVE REVENGE COLD stalked the pace on the outside, lost some ground three wide through the second turn, then had no stretch rally.
