Chart notes
INTENTIONAL WALK sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, turned back a bid into the stretch, shook clear, then drew off and was kept to the task. CUZ tracked the pace, saved ground through the second turn, came through inside, angled out at the furlong marker, then could not threaten the winner, while clearly best of the rest. MY PAL DAL allowed to settle, looped up three wide through the second turn, bid four wide into the lane and closed well for the show. HEAT OF THE NIGHT stalked the pace on the outside, held position on the two path through the second turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch and weakened the final furlong. DECLARED mid pack, gained position on the two path through the second turn, bid three wide into the lane and flattened out. GENERALONAMISSION rated inside, saved ground through the turns, came through inside into the stretch and weakened. TRAPPE THE DREAM improved position, inside. KING OF THE RING well placed and outside, faded after a half. BETTER TAPIT showed little, widest.
