DARE TO TRY , a forward factor along the inner rail around the turn and in upper stretch, checked in tight quarters in mid stretch, altered course to the three path near the eighth pole, closed nicely, led late and drove clear. LIKELY CHOICE lacked speed, moved up in the four path between horses in upper stretch, angled to the five path in mid stretch and rallied. DEFY EXPECTATIONS , three wide chasing the pace around the turn, gained the lead in upper stretch, sprinted clear in mid stretch and weakened late. MILLIE CHILD raced in the three path between horses turning for home and offered a slight rally. EXACT set the pace near the inner rail, failed to keep up in upper stretch and weakened. TRIKKI NIKKI hugged the inner rail on the turn, angled out for the drive and failed to rally. APRILNESS , a forward factor four deep around the turn, gave way in the drive.
