Chart notes
OFTEN ENOUGH vied for the lead along the inside through the far turn, shifted three wide entering the stretch, rallied determinedly under left handed urging and was along in time. TIZ A RUSH never far back, gained momentum on the second turn, made the lead entering the stretch two wide, set the pace until deep stretch then couldn't handle the winner. JACK BE FAST broke in front, set the pace for six furlongs then was outfinished. DEER CREEK ROAD was no factor. MOBIL AT LAST was no threat. CHIEF BIG HEAD was through after a half. WEST LEONARD close up from the start, advanced two wide into the far turn, had speed into the stretch, stopped abruptly and was eased to the wire.
