Chart notes
RANDOM AFFAIR chased the quick pace and wore down the leader quickly on the turn and drew clear to win easily. SHARPSHOOTINGEORGE made a late run in the three path through the stretch for second while never a threat to the winner. PLUMBAGO raced mid pack well off the quick pace and finished well for third. MASTERPIECE DAY sprinted to a long lead but gave way on the second turn. BUDS BAR was well off the pace and never mounted a serious charge. DABBLIN CHANNEL was up close for the first half and then steadily faded. DOBY raced mid pack for much of the race but was empty in the stretch.
