Chart notes
ELISA'S SONG raced off the top trio in the opening quarter, was ridden along four wide into the lane, gathered momentum under steady pressure and forged clear in deep stretch. MADAME CLAUDE applied pace pressure to KINGSTON QUEEN then vied for the lead at the quarter pole, held a slim lead approaching the head of the lane then fought back when challenged at the eighth pole, stayed on with response but could not hold off the winner in deep stretch. RENEESDREAMGIRL tracked the embattled pair into the turn, launched a bid for command near the quarter pole, advanced to challenge MADAME CLAUDE for the lead in the upper stretch, vied into the final furlong then lacked closing response. BELLA ROMANCE raced off the pace, went two wide around the turn and lacked a needed rally. KINGSTON QUEEN set a pressured pace, vied with MADAME CLAUDE at the quarter pole then gave way turning for home. FOLK HERO raced in the back then three to four wide into the lane and had no response.
