BATTLE CRY raced off the early pace then hustled up four wide into the lane, gathered momentum under steady pressure, rallied along the outside and got up in time. CHARLOTTE THE BRIT dueled outside of ACTING LUCKY for the early lead, battled on into the final furlong, dug in gamely and held a slim lead then got edged out in final strides. ACTING LUCKY dueled inside of CHARLOTTE THE BRIT in early stages, battled back gamely into late stages then had no closing kick left in reserve. DADDY'S JOY raced in range leaving the backstretch, was ridden along three to four wide into the lane, remained in contention then chased on evenly in the final furlong. YELLEN chased between foes in early stages, stayed on two wide into the lane then raced in traffic through the lane. HENNI PENNY raced in the last flight, hustled up three to four wide in the lane and lacked a needed rally. PALMGIRL was not too far back along the rail in early stages then steadily weakened. PIPER held a slim lead in the opening quarter then failed to keep pace midway around the turn and gave way. GREY JAZMINE lacked speed, was ridden along four to five wide and had no response.
