Chart notes
DANCE FIGHTER was away in good order to set a pressured pace from the inside, opened a clear lead nearing the five-sixteenths pole and held WAHASHA safe late. WAHASHA was carried out through the first turn, raced just off the leaders soon after, moved three-wide through the second turn and finished with good energy. FOUR SCORE lacked early foot, raced four-wide through the second turn and finished with a steady bid. MUCHO RUNNER broke sharply then drifted out through the first turn, came back to chase the winner while racing three-wide and gave way through the final furlong. LEAD ACTRESS showed no early speed, saved ground through the second turn, steadied nearing the sixteenth pole and was not a factor. SAN JUAN STORM was void of early speed, raced five-wide through the second turn and did not offer a bid. ASHLEY BEAUTIFUL was forwardly placed early, moved three-wide through the second turn and gradually weakened.
