Chart notes
SOUPER RUSH stalked the pace, bid a furlong out and drove clear then finished under a hand ride. LIGHT THE LAMP drew clear, set the pace, dueled late turn, was headed a furlong out and held place. UNCLE JOE broke awkwardly, stalked the pace, was hustled two-wide late turn then rallied gamely. LUCYS CHILD raced in mid pack, came two and three-wide on the turn, chased into the stretch and rallied mildly. VICTORY JET pressed the pace, dueled late turn but gave way a furlong out. COO BIRD settled in mid pack, came three and four-wide through the turn, tipped out at the top of the stretch but failed to menace. WHERE IS ESSA raced in mid pack, was hustled three and four-wide on the turn but never reached contention. WHY NOT BOURBON was off slowly, settled in mid pack, chased three and four-wide on the turn but did not threaten in the stretch. TAKE CHARGE GENT settled off the pace, was hustled two-wide on the turn, but was never in contention. BAYTOWN ELVIS broke slowly and settled off the pace then trailed throughout.
