Chart notes
HARD TIMER mid pack, looped to a striking position three wide through the second turn, bid on that path into the lane, made a steady gain and drew off late. HUNTIN' THE RUT sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, drew off through the second turn, then was no match in the late going and held the place safe. BOARDWALK BOB well placed, moved up on the two path through the second turn, bid between rivals into the stretch, then drifted in and evened out. RUSTY DE allowed to settle, saved ground on the two path through the second turn, bid between rivals into the stretch and edged up for a share. PRINCE AMADEUS allowed to settle, looped three and four wide through the second turn, bid four wide into the lane and passed tiring rivals. SAVE THE LAND well placed and outside, moved to a stalking position down the backstretch, then faded through the second turn. PULL RANK track the pace and faded into the second turn.
