Chart notes
GRAND VALLEY hustled along two wide and closed the gap on the leader late on the turn, took command at the head of the lane, tapped a couple times, widened to a clear advantage and finished in hand. URANIUM hustled up three wide and gained ground on the leader late on the turn, raced in striking distance at the head of the lane, could not move on with winner but stayed on with response and finished well clear for place. ETERNAL FLAME raced off the second flight late on the backstretch, chased outside around the turn, went five wide into the lane and gained show. AGENT COOPER raced off the early pace, was ridden along four wide into the lane and lacked a needed rally. CAJUN LOVER sped to the lead and widened to a clear advantage, got collared by the winner at the head of the lane and steadily weakened. THE BEAST chased in contention along the inside in the early going then gave way. VOLTE FACE raced in the back, came five wide into the lane and had no response. GENERAL COMMAND raced widest off the early speed, angled in leaving the backstretch, went three wide into the lane and failed to move into contention.
