Chart notes
STORM BOARDER (CHI) cleared rivals and angled to the inside to rate the pace, came under pressure at the quarter pole, rounded the turn near the rail, was steadily encouraged through the lane and just lasted. COMBINATION gave chase and rounded the turn off the rail, was carried outward nearing the head of the lane and left the turn in the five path, dug in to take second mid-stretch and was gaining quickly on the winner. MOSS BOSS chased from well off the pace, improved at the rail on the turn then dug in through the lane to finish evenly in third. FIX ME A SANDWICH became fractious and unseated his rider in the gate, chased the pace inside and raced at the rail on the turn, angled out toward the head of the lane and finished evenly; widest. BULL SHARK chased and rounded the turn off the rail then flattened the final sixteenth. BARNSTORM gave only distant chase and rounded the turn off the rail. INSPIRING JUSTICE was shuffled back at the start, picked up the early chase outside then weakened losing ground on the turn.
