Chart notes
TORAZO was reserved early, advanced on the turn towards the inside, eased out leaving the quarter pole and came six wide into the drive, closed well on the outside to get up late under a brisk hand ride late. MR. PETE dueled for the early lead and made a three wide bid on the turn to shake clear by the quarter pole, then dug in gamely in the stretch but was caught late. COMMISSIONER BIGGS chased the early pace from the inside, swung out four wide for the drive but had no punch while besting the rest. WONDER IN dueled for the lead on the inside and weakened in the final furlong. DROSSELMOON was bumped at the start, then chased the pace three to four wide, then was steadied slightly nearing the furlong marker and was empty. CLASSY SOLUTION was settled five wide early, then came seven wide into the drive and was not a threat.
