BEAT THE DEALER was well placed early just off the speed, rallied at the quarter pole and drew even, prevailed late under firm handling. KOLE MAN CAN dueled on the lead until late stretch, was outfinished late but was second best. IMA BELIEVER was never far back, rallied at the quarter pole three wide and drew close, went evenly late. MA MOOS WARRIOR allowed to settle, failed to menace. LITTLE BITA SMOKE broke outward and was outrun. TALE OF LACEY contended early and was through after a half.
