Chart notes
JEGOS FIRE was steadied just out of the gate, settled off the pace, closed angling inward from the fourth path to two-wide on the far turn, ran into traffic but found a hole, made it his own and got up in deep stretch, driving. STRIKE A BEAT raced in mid pack, was hustled two to four-wide on the far turn, chased into the stretch, rallied gamely and just missed. NORTH BATTLEFORD led early, dueled on the far turn, led at the top of the stretch but was headed in the late stages and gave way gruudgingly. ST. PADDY'S DADDY settled off the pace, closed four-wide on the far turn then was gaining in the stretch under a determined drive. CONQUER HIM raced in mid pack, saved ground, chased into the stretch then gave a good late effort between rivals. LIVERPOOL MAN in range, closed into the far turn, was hustled two to four-wide, chased into the stretch but evened out in the late stages. IMPRESSIVE SPEED raced in mid pack, closed four to six-wide on the far turn, was seven-wide at the top of the stretch then finished evenly. WINGS OF VICTORY settled off the pace, was hustled three and four-wide on the far turn then closed gamely between foes. ARTIE MY BOY stalked the pace, dropped back to mid pack, closed three to five-wide on the far turn, took a run but failed his bid in the final furlong and evened out. BIRCHMOUNT RD stalked the pace, raced along the rail and two-wide on the far turn, bid a furlong out but was no match and evened out. DAWSON SILVER was off slowly but had speed and forced the pace on the backstretch, bid midway through the turn, dueled, was headed at the top of the stretch and retreated. JACOBS CALL raced in mid pack, was steadied midway through the first turn, was hustled five-wide through the far turn, chased into the stretch but evened out late. RIGHT TO STRIKE settled in mid pack, was pinched back from between rivals on the first turn, dropped back on the far turn and lacked a rally. DR CHAPPELL raced in mid pack and four-wide throughout and tired at the top of the stretch.
