Chart notes
JAMMIN STILL rated close off the rail on the opening turn, bid leaving the seven sixteenths pole and took the lead three wide approaching the quarter, drew clear midway on the far turn and dug in under steady handling to hold on. GOOFY BOY settled off the earlier pace in the three and four paths, started a bid approaching the three eighths pole, steadily progressed in the four path of the far turn, finished well to take second later yards and was gaining on the winner. LOOKIN' SMART settled off the pace in the three path the first turn, bid past the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn two deep and dug in to take third the final yards. KING NEKIA took the lead nearing the three quarter pole and rated a slim lead inside, came under pressure to turn back Marsac leaving the three eighths pole, was caught toward the quarter, rounded the turn at the rail then weakened inside the eighth pole. DESTINY'S CHARGE saved ground, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn then flattened. SWING YOUR SWORD rounded the opening turn about the four path and never factored. MARSAC angled in to race with the pace two deep, chased from the three eighths pole but dropped back into the far turn and gave way.
