Chart notes
ASKIN FOR A BASKIN prompted the pace two wide around the turn, gained command approaching the stretch, drifted out a bit entering the lane and dug in late to prevail. MAILMAN'S A FLYER , caught in tight quarters leaving the starting gate, saved ground on the turn, swung four deep turning for home and rallied gamely outside the winner. HELLO AMIGO raced forwardly in the two path early, dropped back some on the turn, was taken to the inner rail for the stretch drive and passed a tired rival. SUTTON VALLEY came out at the break, rated back near the five eighths pole, swung to the five path entering the stretch and passed a pair of tired horses. JOHNNY SWISH was not a factor. KATIE'S NOTION showed speed along the inner rail, drifted to the two path in upper stretch and tired.
