Chart notes
MS BLUE OCEAN settled in the second flight while saving ground, steadily closed the margin on SASSY CHASEY leaving the turn and through the stretch and was up in time in the final sixteenth to prevail. SASSY CHASEY was away well and set the pace while on a long lead, had a clear lead into the stretch but was caught in the final sixteenth and bested the rest. RUNNING LUCK settled in the second flight, rallied from a four wide position on the turn but was outkicked in the stretch drive. NAN ELIZABETH settled off of the pace while saving ground and did not mount a late rally. INDIAN JAZZ stalked the pacesetter from a three wide position and gave way in the stretch run. BIG GAME PLAN was unhurried near the rear of the field and did not have a final bid in the stretch. MANY BANKERS settled at the rear of the field, was four wide on the turn and was not a factor.
