CABO SPIRIT jumped out to the early lead and set the pace, dueled around the far turn, brushed with rival in upper stretch then shook free to win clear. KHANTARO D'ORO stalked two wide, bid outside at the seven-sixteenths pole, dueled around the far turn, brushed with the winner in upper stretch, got outkicked in the late stages and stayed on to hold second. PICOTA (GB) stalked the pacesetter in the two path, between foes on the backstretch, moved out in upper stretch and finished well in the late stages. LOTTERY PICK came away slow, unhurried in the early stages moved to the inside then shifted to the two path around the clubhouse turn, waited for room on the second bend, gained a clear path in upper stretch and bested the rest. SADDLE UP JESSIE broke slow, went three wide around the first turn, swung five wide into the stretch and could not rally. MAYNARD pulled early prior to the first turn, move to the inside for the first turn, moved out in the middle stages, came four wide into the lane and failed to threaten. KING APOLLO was rank early along the inside, settled into a stalking position on the rail, saved ground to the lane, tipped two wide and weakened. WELLSWORT (IRE) got shuffled early, traveled two wide off the pace, bumped with rival in upper stretch, got crowded near the sixteenth pole and made no impact. STOTLAND tracked three to four wide around the first turn, went three deep up the backstretch, bumped with rival in upper stretch, checked midstretch and weakened. M K HEART came away slow, jumped the track early, angled down to the inside, moved off the rail and went three wide around the second bend and was not a factor. L BEE tucked inside early and never got involved. MAYBE NEVER came away slow then steadied at the start, went four wide into the first turn, moved down to the two path, took the second turn three wide and tired.
