Chart notes
STAR HAWK stalked the early pace while racing wide, rallied at the quarter pole in the six path and gained a clear lead, widened late while racing well off the rail to win as much the best. NOD TO PERSIA raced mid pack early, rallied in the stretch, was no match for winner but was up for place. GLIDING ALONE HAD good position on the inside and went evenly late. HERACLITUS set the pace for five eights, then weakened. SAN RULER allowed to settle, failed to menace. NOBODY MOVE raced mid pack and was no menace. BAR CAT never far back, lacked a late response. GEH SCHNELL was no factor. CAPPY HOUR contended for three quarters, then gave way in the stretch.
