Chart notes
DANCE CODE vied three wide, moved clear on the turn, bore out badly into the stretch, repelled a challenge and pulled clear again. PRACTICAL COACH stalked the pacesetters outside, bid into the stretch, loomed a threat but could not get by the winner. CENTER MID MADDIE settled off the pace in the two path and finished willingly. VINE JET trailed early inside, angled wide near the quarter pole and closed well. CHAMPION BY DESIGN forced the pace along the inside then faded midway on the turn. CAPTAIN CHAZZ dropped back early, raced greenly and gave way. TURNPIKE BOB flashed speed between rivals and stopped abruptly.
