Chart notes
BACHELOR PAD settled in mid pack, closed along the rail late turn, swept to the lead a furlong and widened under a hand ride. DANCING DEREK held a short early lead, shook clear into the turn, set the pace but was passed a furlong out and held place under a drive. TALL WATER was off slowly, settled in mid pack, was hustled three-wide on the turn then finished gamely outside. YZERMAN forced the pace, was hustled three then two-wide on the turn, chased into the stretch but evened out late. GASCONADE raced in mid pack, was hustled four-wide on the turn but failed to menace. NORTHERN SOLUTION was away slowly, settled off the pace, was hustled three-wide to the rail on the turn and finished under a determined drive. HALF LIT settled in mid pack, chased five and six-wide on the turn but never reached contention. SENT FROM HEAVEN forced then stalked the pace, dropped back on the far turn but lacked a rally.
