GRAN CASIQUE bumped in the hindquarters at the start by CANTRELL HILL due to pressure from DREAM BIGGER, vied loosely between foes from the three path among a quartet down the backstretch and through the turn coming under coaxing five-sixteenths from home, swung five wide into upper stretch, dueled with SUMMER BOURBON to the eighth pole taking command narrowly inside that station, got collared a sixteenth from home and ran on to safely secure the place honors. SUMMER BOURBON vied inside a quartet down the backstretch and through the turn under coaxing from the three-eighths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, yielded the front just inside the eighth pole and kept on to preserve the show honors. DREAM BIGGER broke in at the start bumping CANTRELL HILL into GRAN CASIQUE, vied four wide outside a trio coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, got shaken off near the quarter pole and went five wide for home, then weakened in the late stages. BINKSTER four to five paths off the inside down the backstretch, tucked inside through the turn, swung four wide into upper stretch, offered up a bid a furlong out, then weakened in the late going. JERSEY JOE B vied between foes from the two path among a quarter latched on to one another down the backstretch and through the turn, got coaxed along at the five-sixteenths, spun three wide into upper stretch and weakened.
