Chart notes
SOUTHERN WILL tracked the pace through the turn angling in bit upper stretch surging clear near the rail in the late going. SALTY SNAPPER surged along the inside on the turn wresting the lead digging in from the two path upper stretch being overpowered from the inside hanging on for place. JOHN MILTON slow early was hustled up on the outside through the turn coming five wide in upper stretch finishing well near mid track. JESSE JONES chased the pace pressing to lead on the turn ceding in upper stretch weakening in the three path. GET ALONG chased close up through the turn then faded in the four path upper stretch. CLEAR TO CLOSE paused as the gate opened missing the break. IRON AGE took a bad step on the turn pulling up and vanning off after the race.
