LADY'S GOLDEN GUY Vied for the lead early, took charged along the two path leaving the five sixteenths pole, opened up a lengthy lead and was ridden out. P J ADVANTAGE Broke awkwardly, unhurried along the three path, drifted in at the furlong marker making it tight on TOMMY THE TORCH and then finished well. TOMMY THE TORCH Broke sluggishly, two path on the turn, lodged a bid, was bothered a bit by P J ADVANTAGE at the furlong marker, checked briefly and then finished with interest. HEYITSNRICOPALAZO Tracked along the three path on the turn and tired. LOHENGRIN TWO Broke slow, rushed out to contest the lead and was done midway on the turn. A Stewards inquiry was posted concerning the race. Also a claim of foul was lodged by the rider of TOMMY THE TORCH against P J ADVANTAGE for interference at the furlong marker, was not allowed.
