Chart notes
CERNAN settled nicely and raced two wide around the first turn, stalked the top pair through the backstretch, moved up three wide late on the far turn, took over the lead turning for home, came under strong handling, moved inside and held late. VINTAGE KITTEN raced two wide around the first turn and settled off the early pace, took closer order around the far turn, headed in pursuit three wide into the lane, stayed on determinedly, was edging up late and ran out of time. COMPLICATE secured inside position around the first turn, tracked in contention through the backstretch, was ridden along two wide around the far turn, took the inside path turning for home and stayed on for a share. STEAL HOME vied outside of CAPTAIN DASHI for the lead through the backstretch, got collared by eventual winner leaving the far turn and gave way in the lane. HALF COCKED was unhurried and raced in the back, saved ground then angled out around the turn, was ridden along three to four wide through the lane and failed to kick on. WILLTOBELUCKY rated inside not too far back in early stages, had no response when called upon around the far turn and steadily weakened. CAPTAIN DASHI vied inside of STEAL HOME through the backstretch and came up empty near the quarter pole.
