Chart notes
CRAZY LEGS HIRSCH was slow early on to trail the field early, made a steady advance through the far turn, raced five wide in the lane, surged late and was going away under strong handling. ELECTORAL was slow early on, moved up four to five wide and finished well to get up for the place position late. TAPPIN FORA DANCE chased the top pair down the backstretch, moved up three to two wide in the stretch run and kept on willingly to the wire. RIVERBOAT GAMBLER stalked the early going, moved up four wide near the three sixteenths pole, narrowly lead near the eighth pole and weakened a bit in the final stages. BRAINSTORM settled to the middle of the pack, moved up five wide near the three sixteenths pole and flattened out. HALF OURS TO KEEP was slow early, raced three wide into the upper stretch and had no late response. GOOD SCOUT vied for the early lead from the inside and tired. ALGEBRA pressed the early leader while racing between rivals and tired readily in the drive.
