Chart notes
SUPER STOCK pressed the early pace, raced six wide into both turns, took control at the quarter pole, met the bid of TESORO in early stretch, shook clear from that rival, drifted in late stretch and edged clear. TESORO was allowed to settle early, went five wide into the second turn, angled out to the seven path in early stretch, made a bid on the winner couldn't sustain the run and finished second best. PIRATE JUNCTION set a pressured early pace, raced four wide into the second turn and weakened. CONVENTION was unhurried early, raced along the inside, angled out and finished evenly. A RIDERS OBJECTION WAS LODGED BY THE RIDER OF NUMBER FIVE CONVENTION AGAINST THE RIDER OF NUMBER ONE TESERO FOR AN INCIDENT IN MID STRETCH BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
