Chart notes
REGAL RETORT stalked the pace early on two wide, was in the four path into the lane, took over command in the stretch and drew off late while ridden out to the finish. NEW ROO wandered inward and bothered foe shortly after leaving the gate, trailed the field early on, was in the six path into the lane, moved up in the stretch while clearly no match for the winner. TIPSY GAL was put in tight and clipped heels a bit shortly after leaving the gate, raced along the inside to the quarter pole, was shifted out into the four path entering the lane with no gain in the stretch run. GRAND CRU CLASSE chased the pace early, was in the three path into the lane and faded late in the stretch drive. APRIL'S NO FOOL set the pace for a half then folded up. SECRETLY WICKED was through after a half.
