Chart notes
WILSON TO LOCKETT pinched back at the start then was unhurried early on then started a run on the turn, moved out to be six wide in upper stretch and closed fast to be up in the final strides. ONE SON OF A CHIEF was settled inside behind the leaders, rallied two wide on the turn then powered to the front in mid stretch, was in a strong drive but was caught in the final strides. SILVER LUKE SILVER was settled then rallied three wide in upper stretch, was making a bid but was no menace in late stretch. BURTNJOE vied for the lead while three wide into the turn, was in a long drive then weakened in late stretch. OPTIMAL rallied five wide on the turn then made a bid to mid stretch then flattened out in the drive. JAZZY JUSTIN vied for the lead from the inside, was used up then gave way. REACH THE CIRCLE vied for the lead while three wide into the turn, was in a long drive then faltered in the stretch. ONWARD stumbled badly at the start hitting the track with his nose then trailed throughout.
