Chart notes
BLAZINGBELLABLU was reserved just off the leaders early, advanced five-wide through the second turn, reached the fore into the lane and steadily drew clear. CLOCKSTRIKESTWELVE lacked early speed, raced four-wide through the second turn, angled out further into the stretch and finished with good late energy. DANCE SHOES was away in good order to set a pressured pace from the inside, responded when challenged with a furlong to run and gave way late. MY FIRST PEARL settled off the leaders from the inside throughout and failed to gain in the drive. BOLD REY pressed the pace while racing three-wide for a half and weakened. MISS IMPORTANT lagged early, raced four-wide through the second turn, angled in with a furlong to run and was not a factor. SHANGHAI KEELY raced four-wide through the first turn, pressed the pace while racing four-wide, moved up to engage nearing the half and weakened.
