Chart notes
SPRINGMEIER away alertly set the pace edging clear on the turn being engaged from both sides down the lane responding gamely late. SWITHER'S SHORTCUT saved ground surging to bid in upper stretch pressing hard from the rail the final sixteenth. WOLFINBARGER went evenly through the turn looming four wide in upper stretch being right there three deep at the wire. TOP HAT WARRIOR slow early lost ground to upper stretch gaining some late seven wide. GIFTED JUSTICE chased the pace threatening in the three path upper stretch before weakening late. YES DARLIN showed early speed then faded on the turn.
