Chart notes
TOTALIZER brushed at the start, vied for the early lead, drove clear around the turn, pulled away and won handily. THE HEAT IS ON challenged for the early lead, came around the turn three wide, made a wide bid, proved no match for the winner, but held on for second. THE BIG SHOW showed early speed, forwardly placed throughout and was outfinished for second. MISCHIEVOUS DEVIL pressed the early pace, saved ground and weakened. PEACHY MANDATE raced within contention, faded and finished evenly. GRAY DANE lacked early speed and was never a threat. REGAL PRIZE always raced near the back and showed little. V. R. FRIENDLYGARY raced near the front in the beginning and dropped to the back.
