Chart notes
CHARLIE T challenged for the early lead, dueled on the front throughout and drove clear before the wire. COURTLY DOC vied for the early advantage, saved ground around the turn, dueled down the lane, was outfinished for the win, but proved best of others. SCARLET STORM raced near the back in the beginning, moved up on the outside around the turn, made a mild bid, but proved no match for the top two. BOSTON LUCILLE bumped at the start, racing near the back, came around the turn wide, made a mild bid and was outfinished for show. CHARLIE'S PEAK dueled on the front end, saved ground around the turn and weakened. SMILING ANGEL lacked early speed, finished wide and was never a factor. LACIS JEWEL raced within striking distance, saved ground around the turn and faded. EL CALIENTE LADY bumped at the start, raced in the rear and was never close. SNAPPEREE raced in the middle of the field and dropped back.
