Chart notes
MR. CURLIN pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, pulled away down the stretch and finished well. BELIEVE IN PARTS shot to the front, saved ground, proved no match for the winner late, but was a clear second. ZONGLAND vied for the early advantage, raced close throughout, but was no match for the top two. ELISHER pressed the early pace, put forth an even effort and lacked a late kick. LONE STAR EXPRESS lacked early speed, made a steady gain, but was no real threat. DRYSPELL raced in the middle of the pack, came around the turn on the outside and put forth an even effort. SHADY'S TURN raced in the middle of the field and weakened. TOOCAN DANCE lacked early speed, finished wide and was never a factor. LULLABY BANDIT raced near the back and showed little.
