Chart notes
BIG SPORT set the pace racing with a clear lead, showed the way on his own entering the stretch, was shaken up by the rider nearing the sixteenth marker and then remained clear for the win. W W CANDY raced off the pace, advanced on the turn, angled out bumping a rival at the quarter pole, then rallied outside and came up second best. TWO BIT KID was steadied back after the start, outrun early, swung wide for the drive, rallied outside and along for the show spot. BULLDOG OF BERGEN was outrun early and rallied mildly on the rail in the lane. FOLLOW THE SIGNS chased close up two wide, chased on the turn, was bumped and steadied at the quarter pole, then tired. TAP'S BIG SHOT raced three wide off the pace and had no rally. AZRAEL chased three wide, continued three wide on the turn, was bumped at the quarter pole and faded. Z U SOON raced off the pace inside and did not factor.
