Chart notes
MO CHOCTAW broke sharp, quickly sprinted, maintained a large advantage up the backstretch and through the turn, drew off through the lane under token encouragement to win ridden out. KILGORE in the second flight while racing in the two path, proved no match for the winner in the drive, clearly second best. BOTANY broke back, moved out to be three wide turning for home, had little for the top two in the run to the wire, finished up best of the rest. SOBRIETY chased the winner early, began to gradually weaken just before a half. HACKER void of any early foot, dropped to the inside in the turn, went evenly through the lane. SMOKIN BOOTS last to leave, trailed up the backstretch, three wide turn, failed to muster a rally. MOONSHINE MAX raced in mid pack up the backstretch, faded while racing off the inside.
