Chart notes
IMA BELIEVER was unhurried early, rallied in the stretch four wide, closed determinedly under left handed urging and prevailed. TALE OF LACEY had good position early, rallied in the stretch while between horses, was in tight late and just missed. MASTEROFTHEHOUNDS vied for the lead throughout, bore out slightly in the stretch under left handed pressure and held well. MA MOO POWER raced close up early, and went evenly late. THE MAN CAN allowed to settle, failed to menace. CLEVERLY WICKED set the pace until mid stretch, then faltered. KOLE MAN CAN had brief foot and gave way. The stewards posted the inquiry sign and the rider of TALE OF LACEY claimed foul against the rider of IMA BELIEVER for alleged interference in late stretch. After viewing the tape the stewards took no action.
